1. Introduction
FlexOffers.com, LLC (“FlexOffers,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) uses tracking technologies to provide accurate attribution, improve services, and maintain security. This document explains what tracking technologies are, why we use them, and how we comply with GDPR and CCPA.
2. What Are Tracking Technologies?
Tracking technologies include cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, and fingerprinting that collect data about user interactions on our website and partner platforms. These tools help us:

- Server-to-Server (S2S) Postback: Secure, real-time conversion reporting.
- Click & RefID Tracking: Captures affiliate IDs for attribution.
8. Advanced Tracking Enhancements
- Fingerprint Tracking for cross-device attribution.
- First-Party Cookie Tracking for compliance.

9. NETWORK PARTNERSHIPS
We work with a large variety of affiliate network partners, aggregating their advertiser program offerings with ours to create a centralized and organized location for Vendors to get all the programs they need from one place. When clicking a link or banner advertisement on a Vendor’s website or other traffic source placement, a tracking cookie is used to collect information on the user and give credit for the click to the Vendor. Such cookies are not controlled by Flexoffers and not covered by our own privacy policy, but are instead controlled by the advertiser networks who host the Client’s affiliate program.
